Our family of 6 arrived at the cabin to find “Buck” (as our 4-year-old, Alex, named the deer) dressed ready to go swimming. We settled right in and felt at home immediately. Sitting outside and listening to the birds was very relaxing. When we got back from town on Saturday, Alex noticed that Buck had made our beds and laid out the kid’s blankets and stuffed animals! We will definitely miss cabin 26 (the Family Place) and hope to return again – next time we will stay longer!”
