Fall Colors at Tall Pines Inn – Still waiting for the peak!
If you were one of the disappointed guests who called too late to book a weekend at Tall Pines Inn for October AND you want to follow the beautiful color change in the Ozarks – you are in luck! The trees are quite green and the colors of gold, red, and brown have not peaked.
The expected leaf color peak is estimated around November 12th. Tall Pines Inn has plenty of room in November, and would be thrilled to take more bookings. We are planning an exciting November, and look forward to our first winter here. Our historic cabins and cabins with Jacuzzi tubs are the perfect place to cuddle up and relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing in the Ozarks.
Keith and I have lived around wooded areas much of our lives, whether it was in Seattle or Minnesota, but we admit we have never lived in an area that has such a variety of trees. The Ozarks are a variety and wealth of beautiful trees . Here you get it all, from majestic tall pines to gorgeous flowering trees that produce an explosion of color in the fall. It is no wonder Arkansas is known as the Natural State!
If you are still tempted to get out and explore the foliage and do some hiking, Tall Pines Inn is ready with a warm stove and comfortable bed. Let us know what you need to make your stay perfect!
