Tall Pines Inn - Policies
Eureka Springs Cabin Rates and Occupancy
- Rates are based on 2 Adults and do not include taxes
- Up to 2 Children Under 12 stay free in accommodations with multiple beds
- In accommodations with multiple beds, there is a $10.00 charge for each additional
Adult or Child, and for any Child 12 and Older
- With prior approval, an exception may be made for 1 Child staying with 2 parents in one bed at a charge of $10 per night (no extra bedding provided).
- Rates are higher during the following holidays and special events: Memorial Day; Blues Fest (weekend after Memorial Day); 4th of July; Labor Day; Bikes, Blues, and BBQ; and Thursdays through Sundays in October.
Minimum Stay Requirements
- Two nights for weekends
- Three nights for holidays & some special events
- When we can accommodate a one night stay on a weekend, rates may be subject to a 10% surcharge
Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are guaranteed with a Valid Credit or Debit Card and a DEPOSIT of the First Night's Charge.
- The remaining Balance is due at check-in.
- We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, or Cash.
Cancellations & Changes
- We charge a $20.00 per unit processing fee on all Cancellations and Changes.
- Decreases in Length of Stay will be treated as Cancellations if they do not meet our Minimum Stay Requirements.
- If a Reservation is Cancelled AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE, the Deposit will be refunded, less the $20 per unit fee.
- The Deposit is NON-Refundable if Cancellation is made WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE.
Group Events
- If you wish to book our inn for your Wedding, Family Reunion, or other group (involving more than 3 cabins/suites/units), please call us to discuss before booking online.
Late Checkout
- When we can accommodate a late checkout, you can extend your stay until 2:00pm for a charge of $20.00.
